What to pay attention to before urine test

Healing hearts, healing lives.
The purpose and requirements of urine test should be clarified before urine test. Different samples such as morning urine, random urine and timed urine should be taken according to the purpose of test, patient's condition and test requirements. Clean, disposable containers with caps should be used for urine collection, and the volume of containers should be greater than 50 ml. The patient's name should be marked on the containers, or the patient's code and time of sample collection can be identified. Urine samples should be prevented from being contaminated by menstrual blood, feces, leucorrhea, etc. Urine samples should be submitted within two hours of collection to prevent bacterial growth and reproduction, thus affecting the results of urine examination.
