How to treat urinary weakness

The most common disease in clinic is prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Due to the pressure of prostate hyperplasia on urethra, it causes dysuria. The disease can cause bladder detrusor muscle contraction weakness, and the residual urine in bladder gradually increases. Patients will show frequent urination, urgency, and insufficient urine. Moreover, when urinating, the urine range will also become shorter. Early treatment with drugs that inhibit prostate hyperplasia, such as finasteride, and drugs that inhibit urethral smooth muscle contraction, such as tamsulosin, may be used. If the condition is severe, residual urine in the bladder is high, or urinary retention is present, the prostate may be surgically removed.
