What are the symptoms of membranous nephrotic syndrome?

Empowering you to live your best life.
The main symptoms of membranous nephropathy syndrome stage I are massive proteinuria, hypoproteinemia, edema, hyperlipidemia, etc. A
large amount of proteinuria is due to molecular barrier and charge barrier damage caused by increased protein in urine; hypoproteinemia is mainly due to proteinuria loss, liver synthesis of albumin is insufficient to resist protein loss; edema is mainly due to hypoproteinemia caused by colloid osmotic pressure drop, so that fluid from blood vessels into tissue space caused edema; hyperlipidemia is mainly due to increased liver lipoprotein synthesis, or peripheral tissue utilization decreased.
The treatment of membranous nephropathy stage I mainly includes general treatment symptomatic treatment and immunosuppressive treatment. General treatment is mainly to pay attention to rest and appropriate exercise low-salt diet; symptomatic treatment is mainly diuresis to reduce proteinuria; immunosuppressive treatment is mainly the use of glucocorticoid cytotoxic drugs.
