How is female incontinence caused?

Empathy in care, excellence in medicine.
Female urinary incontinence may be caused by cystitis, diabetes and urethral cancer.
1. Cystitis
is caused by bacterial infection, radiation therapy and other factors. Inflammation stimulates bladder tissue, easily leads to local congestion and edema, reduces bladder capacity, and causes local nerve sensitivity, resulting in symptoms of urinary incontinence.
2. Diabetes
mellitus may be related to genetic, immune deficiency and other factors. Continued increase in blood pressure may cause bladder neuropathy, unable to control urination, causing urinary incontinence.
3. Urethral
cancer may be related to environmental, genetic and other factors. Cancer cells are easy to invade normal urinary tissue, resulting in symptoms of urinary incontinence.
