Is AIDS easy to catch?

AIDS is more easily infected with a disease, its transmission routes include sexual contact, blood transmission, mother-to-child transmission. The first two are more common, especially homosexuals, drug users sharing needles. But the general contact is not infected, such as shaking hands, hugging, eating and so on.
