Why does the testicle twist?

Your health, my mission. Your recovery, my joy.
Testicular torsion may be caused by congenital malformation, testicular injury, nerve excitation, etc., as follows:
1. Congenital malformation of testis is
connected to scrotum by mesentery of testis, which is fixed in scrotum by mesentery of testis. When some fetuses grow and develop in the mother, congenital malformation may lead to excessive mesentery of testis on one side or both sides. After birth, the activity of testis and spermatic cord is relatively large, which is prone to testicular torsion.
2. Testicular injury The
internal tissue of testis is fragile and vulnerable to external factors, such as trauma and excessive exercise, which may lead to severe testicular oscillation and easy to induce testicular torsion.
3. Nerve excitation
If the vagus nerve is overexcited at night, it may lead to spontaneous testicular torsion.
