Pain caused by kidney stones and ureteral stones: manifested as sudden severe pain in the waist or upper abdomen, showing paroxysmal attacks, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, hematuria and other manifestations, pain along the ureter radiation to the ipsilateral lower abdomen and groin; pain caused by bladder stones: manifested as suprapubic or perineal pain, increased pain at the end of urination. If stones block the bladder outlet during urination, urination will be interrupted suddenly and sudden pain will radiate to the penis and perineum; pain caused by stones in the anterior urethra is manifested as penile pain, and stones can be touched at the pain site; stones in the posterior urethra are manifested as pain in the perineum and scrotum, showing severe knife-like pain.
