If the kidney cancer, ureter cancer, bladder cancer and other malignant tumors caused by mild bilateral hydronephrosis, generally will not disappear automatically, and the symptoms of hydrops will continue to worsen.

recommended that patients go to the hospital as soon as possible to do B ultrasound, CT examination, etc., to clarify the cause of bilateral hydronephrosis. If it is caused by malignant tumors, patients also need early surgery to remove the tumor, restore urethral patency.
