It is necessary to dissect the ureter and bladder, and then re-anastomose the ureter and other parts of the bladder. After the operation, a ureteral stent is generally placed in the ureter. At about 2-4 weeks after the operation, the stent is removed. After the operation, timely reexamination is needed to confirm whether the anastomotic site is unobstructed and whether there is reflux.
