Blood routine examination can only be used as the preliminary diagnosis basis of leukemia, and can not rule out leukemia, for accompanied by anemia, thrombocytopenia phenomenon, may suffer from leukemia; for the diagnosis of leukemia, should go to the regular hospital hematology department to do bone marrow puncture examination, if the bone marrow puncture examination results in more than 20% of the original cells, can be diagnosed as leukemia.
