Class B sperm refers to sperm slow forward movement or sluggish forward movement, sperm motility is general.
Clinically, according to sperm motility, sperm are divided into four grades, namely A, B, C, D. Class A sperm can move forward quickly. Class B sperm can only slow, sluggish forward curve movement. Class C sperm do not move forward, but in situ movement. Class D sperm can not move or not move. If the sum of Class A and Class B sperm in male semen is greater than 50%, it is normal and does not require special treatment.
If there is no Class A sperm in male semen, B and D sperm are mainly abnormal. Failure to take timely treatment may lead to infertility.
