What tests do you need for postpartum bladder prolapse?

Healing with compassion, caring with purpose.
The diagnosis of bladder prolapse can be made by visual examination, pelvic floor muscle examination and ultrasound examination. The specific analysis is as follows:
1. If the
doctor detects that the patient has bladder mucosa prolapse, and congestion or edema occurs in the triangular area, ureter orifice and bladder mucosa, it can be judged that the patient has bladder prolapse.
2. Pelvic floor muscle examination
The doctor puts the probe into the vagina and asks the patient to exert force to check the strength of pelvic floor muscle. If the pelvic floor muscle strength is low, bladder prolapse may occur.
3. Ultrasound examination
The patient drinks plenty of water to fill the bladder before examination. The position of bladder and urethra is observed by ultrasound examination. If the position changes, it indicates that the patient has bladder prolapse.
