Male urethritis can be divided into gonococcal urethritis and non-gonococcal urethritis, different types of urethritis causes are also different.
1, gonococcal urethritis
gonococcal urethritis is mainly caused by gonococcus, gonococcus invasion of male anterior urethra, through the surface pili adhesion in the urethral cell surface. After gonococcus enters the cell, leading to cell rupture necrosis or induce chemical toxins, and then cause urethral inflammation.
2, non-gonococcal urethritis
