If it is a normal adult male, the incidence of varicocele is generally about 10%-15%. The incidence of varicocele is higher in primary infertility groups, generally about 30%-40%. If acquired factors cause secondary infertility, the incidence of varicocele can be further increased, generally about 69%-81%.
