Varicose veins need surgery.

Varicocele surgery is usually not necessary if the patient is mild, has no obvious discomfort, and has normal sperm quality. If the patient is more severe, has swollen scrotum, wet scrotum, local swelling, testicular pain, and abnormal sperm quality, surgery is usually required.

Varicocele patients can be treated by interventional embolization, microscopic varicocele ligation, etc., to help relieve the discomfort caused by varicocele.
