Can atrioventricular block recover on its own

Atrioventricular block is mostly caused by myocardial inflammatory disease and generally cannot recover by itself. For patients with severe disease, dual-chamber pacemaker implantation can be considered. If combined with heart failure, three-chamber pacemaker implantation can be considered. Regular follow-up is recommended to maintain optimistic mood.
