The best time for ovulation stimulation

Restoring hope, restoring health.
Ovulation stimulation is usually administered orally with letrozole and clomiphene followed by intramuscular injections of 75 to 150 units daily or every other day starting on days 2 to 3 of the cycle until follicle maturation. Follicular development must be monitored by ultrasound during the medication period, and serum estrogen levels must be measured. After follicular maturation, human chorionic gonadotropin is administered to promote ovulation and luteal formation. After ovulation, luteal function support can be carried out for 12 to 14 days, and natural progesterone preparations are selected. It is recommended that patients use ovulation induction needles under the guidance of doctors under B ultrasound and sex hormone monitoring. It is prohibited to use them at will.
