Causes of Female Pain

Dysmenorrhea is divided into primary dysmenorrhea and secondary dysmenorrhea. Primary dysmenorrhea is caused by abnormal increase in prostaglandin levels in endometrial cells during menstruation, which stimulates uterine contractions. Secondary dysmenorrhea is caused by organic diseases of pelvic organs, which stimulate uterine contractions. Secondary dysmenorrhea has many causes, such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, pelvic adhesions and other organic diseases can cause dysmenorrhea.
