Can ureteral tumors metastasize to the uterus?

Healing with compassion, caring with purpose.
Ureteral tumors generally refer to ureteral cancer, and whether ureteral cancer will metastasize to the uterus needs to be analyzed based on specific circumstances.
Ureteral cancer is a malignant tumor derived from the mucosal epithelium of the ureter. It can invade surrounding lymph and other tissues and organs during the development of the disease. If the patient is under timely control and actively treated by surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, distant metastasis generally will not occur. However, if the patient's condition is severe and is not treated in time, it will usually metastasize to the bladder, kidneys and other places. As cancer cells continue to develop, female patients may also metastasize to the pelvis, ovaries, and uterine appendages.
It is recommended that patients maintain a good attitude and actively cooperate with treatment to help control the development of the disease.
