It's a rash. The rash is serious.

Rashes include macules, papules, rosettes, maculopapules, and urticaria. Patients may develop localized erythema and itchy skin. Local skin examination should be performed in hospital. If urticaria is diagnosed, antihistamines and topical calamine lotion should be prescribed.
