AIDS is caused by human immunodeficiency virus infection, mainly due to sexual transmission, mother-to-child transmission and blood-based transmission treatment. The window period is two to six weeks, if the five-week AIDS antibody test is negative, then the possibility of AIDS infection can be basically ruled out.
