If there is no problem with colposcopy, it can also be observed, but biopsy must be taken under colposcopy for pathology, and the next treatment shall be determined according to the pathological results. If the pathological results are still low-grade cervical lesions, temporary observation can be made. If high-grade intraepithelial lesions are shown, cervical conization shall be performed, and the next treatment shall be determined according to the results of conization.
