What about cervical mucus plug outflow?

Your health, my mission. Your recovery, my joy.
If the cervical mucus plug flows out, it is recommended to keep the vulva locally clean, wash the vulva once or twice a day with warm water, and change sanitary napkins frequently, change underwear frequently, prevent bacteria from entering the vagina, and cause symptoms of infection. Therefore, the outflow of cervical mucus plug is mainly near or beyond the expected date of delivery, and before labor, the uterine orifice will show relative relaxation, so that separation will occur between the fetal membrane and the uterine wall, so mucus plug will be discharged, and a small amount of vaginal bleeding will be discharged together, often clinically called red, most of which will show regular uterine contractions about 24 to 48 hours after mucus plug is discharged, that is, the time interval between uterine contractions is three to five minutes. If it lasts for more than 30 seconds, it indicates that labor has already begun. It is recommended to go to the hospital as soon as possible for labor.
