What does cervical LSIL mean?

LSIL is a low-grade lesion of the cervical epithelium, which is one of the results of cervical screening. Another is HSIL. Cervical lesions refer to changes in the epithelial cells of the cervix, which can be screened by TCT. If low-grade lesions of the cervical epithelium are found, HPV should be further examined, and a biopsy should be taken under colposcopy.
