Is urine routine leucocyte esterase on the high side urinary tract infection

Urinary tract infection may be caused by urinary tract infection, or by other diseases.

If the patient has accompanying symptoms such as frequent micturition, urgency and pain in urination, and white blood cells increase in blood routine, it may be caused by urinary tract infection. After urinary tract infection, urinary system congestion, edema and exudation lead to local inflammatory reaction, resulting in high white blood cell esterase. If the patient has accompanying symptoms such as hematuria, lumbago, abdominal mass and bone pain, cancer cells are found in tissue biopsy, which may be caused by renal cancer. After kidney cancer occurs, dominant changes occur in kidney cells, resulting in impaired kidney function and high leukocyte esterase.
