How to count fetal movements accurately at 30 weeks

Frequent observation of fetal movement during the 30th week of pregnancy is helpful for observing the condition of the fetus in the uterus. Normally, fetal movement is required for several hours every morning, noon and evening. When counting fetal movements, try to choose the left lateral position. The sum of hourly fetal movements per day is multiplied by four to obtain 12 hours of fetal movement.
