Small cerebral aneurysm 1.7mm need surgery?

Small cerebral aneurysms 1.7 mm are relatively small tumors and do not normally require surgery. Regular TCD reexamination can be performed. If the small cerebral aneurysm continues to grow, or if it is compressing other surrounding nerve tissue, surgery should be taken as soon as possible.
