may cause frequent urination and urgency due to increased prostate volume, which may affect the normal function of the bladder as the disease progresses, including contraction and relaxation of the bladder, which may lead to urge urinary incontinence, making it difficult for patients to control urine output and urine leakage at inappropriate times.
