Clinical Manifestations of Midbrain Hemorrhage

If a patient exhibits a midbrain hemorrhage, these patients may exhibit mydriasis, eye movement disorders, and dyskinesia. If the patient exhibits a large amount of hemorrhage, these patients may be in critical condition, which may cause respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, etc., and the patient may be in critical condition. Patients with midbrain hemorrhage may be vascular rupture such as deep perforating branches of basilar artery. These patients are often due to hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hyperhomocysteinemia and other vascular disease risk factors, so patients will show atherosclerosis. When blood pressure increases, patients are easy to show vascular rupture. If it occurs in midbrain, they will show midbrain hemorrhage.
