A little pain in one testicle

Testicular pain may be caused by torsion of the testicle, testicular distortion, testicular damage, etc., explained in detail as follows:

1. Torsion of the testicle

Spiral torsion of the testicle causes obstruction of blood supply, usually causing severe testicular pain, accompanied by testicular swelling and erythema.

2. Testicular distortion

Pain caused by inflammation of the testicular vas deferens or epididymis, common symptoms include testicular pain, swelling, fever, and frequent urination.

3. Testicular damage

Pain and swelling may occur when the testicle is hit, bumped, or otherwise externally injured. You should see a doctor immediately to assess if there is serious damage.
