What about cerebral infarction oppressing eyes?

Dedicated to healing, always.
Cerebral infarction can affect the eyes, showing blurred vision phenomenon. There are the following two conditions: 1, internal carotid artery thrombosis affects the ophthalmic artery blood supply, retinal ischemia, showing decreased vision. 2, posterior cerebral artery thrombosis shows occipital lobe infarction, causing visual field defects. Further blood tests, blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipids, homocysteine and other vascular risk factors screening; cerebral angiography, cardiac ultrasound, ECG and other examinations should be performed to further clarify the cause of cerebral infarction. If it is caused by arteriosclerosis, antiplatelet and plaque stabilization treatment can be given. If cardiogenic causes are considered, anticoagulant therapy can be given. It can be combined with drug treatments such as improving collateral circulation and nourishing nerves.
