How old are kids supposed to talk?

Between 6 months and 1 year old, children can make babbling sounds, imitate other people's voices, consciously shout parents at 1 year old and 1 ½ years old, and can speak simple words. If family members often communicate with children and teach them to speak, some children can speak relatively clearly.
