Testicular spermatic pain usually includes orchitis, spermatitis, varicocele, etc.
1. Orchitis
If the patient has orchitis, the inflammatory reaction stimulates the testis, causing testicular pain, and then through nerve conduction to the spermatic cord, causing spermatic pain.
2. Spermatic inflammation
Because the patient's spermatic cord is under the action of inflammatory substances, the spermatic cord lesions occur, causing pain. If the pain is severe, it will radiate to the testicle, causing testicular discomfort.
3.
Varicocele patients due to slow blood circulation, unable to meet the spermatic, testicular and other parts of the blood, resulting in ischemia of the above parts, causing pain.
