Prostate disease mainly includes three kinds. The first kind is prostatitis, prostatitis is a common disease in adult men, almost 50% of adult men in life will always be affected by prostatitis. Its clinical manifestations are mainly frequent urination, urgency, urethral burning pain and other urination symptoms, lower abdomen, perineum pain and other local symptoms; acute stage may also show fever, chills and other systemic symptoms. The second kind of prostate disease, called prostatic hyperplasia. Prostate hyperplasia is a common disease in elderly men. It is a benign chronic disease with progressive development. A few may eventually cause serious complications, such as bladder stones, urinary retention, bilateral hydronephrosis, and even renal failure. The third prostate disease is prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is also a malignant tumor in elderly men, but the incidence is relatively hidden. Prostate cancer was discovered relatively late in China. Most prostate cancer had shown distant metastasis when it was first diagnosed. The most common metastatic sites were skeletal metastasis and pelvic lymph node metastasis.
