Can eczema be transmitted to other people

Your well-being is my top priority.
Eczema is not contagious to others.
Eczema is a common inflammatory skin disease characterized by redness, itching, dryness, scaling, and the possibility of blistering, exudation, and crusts. Eczema occurs due to a variety of factors, including genetics, immune system abnormalities, environmental factors, and skin barrier dysfunction.
Eczema is not caused by bacteria, viruses, or other infectious agents, and therefore cannot be transmitted to others through contact or transmission. Close contact with people with eczema, such as hugging, shaking hands, or sharing dishes, does not cause eczema in others.
However, people with eczema may experience skin symptoms such as itching and scaling, which may cause discomfort or misunderstanding in others.
