Testicular pain may be caused by scrotal trauma, orchitis, epididymitis, varicocele, testicular torsion and other factors.
1. Scrotal trauma The
scrotum is hit or squeezed by external force, which can lead to scrotal hematoma and pain.
2. Orchitis and epididymitis
are caused by bacterial or viral infections, and are often accompanied by symptoms such as redness and swelling of the scrotum, fever, etc.
3. Varicocele, varicocele,
and tendriform venous plexus are dilated and tortuous, which can cause testicular swelling and pain. The symptoms get worse after standing or walking for a long time. The symptoms can be relieved or disappeared after lying down and resting.
4. After testicular torsion and spermatic
cord torsion, the testicles will be ischemic and necrotic, leading to severe pain. If not treated promptly, testicular atrophy may result.
