1. The onset of otolith vertigo is related to body position. It must be manifested in lying down, getting up, turning left and right, lowering head and looking up. 2. The duration of vertigo is relatively short, mostly less than one minute. 3. In the process of an attack, it is repeated, rarely once, mostly seen in several attacks. 4. The attack is not accompanied by other abnormal neurological signs. 5. The diagnosis of otolith should exclude other related diseases.
