Treatment of congenital glaucoma

Congenital glaucoma patients can take surgery, drug therapy, other treatments, etc., as follows:

1. Surgical treatment

patients can take anterior chamber angletomy, trabeculectomy combined with trabeculectomy under the doctor's advice, all of which can improve the circulation of water in the chamber and help maintain normal intraocular pressure.

2. Drug treatment

patients can use levofloxacin eye drops and dexamethasone eye drops after surgery to help inhibit inflammation and infection of the eyes and reduce eye discomfort.

3. Other treatments

If congenital glaucoma is complicated with Marfan syndrome, congenital cardiovascular system defects may occur, and repair treatment is usually recommended.
