Chemotherapy is not required for several stages after cancer resection

Building a healthier future, together.
Stage I cancer usually does not need chemotherapy after resection, but it needs to be analyzed according to the actual situation.
The treatment plan of cancer depends on the specific conditions of different patients, including tumor type, stage, patient's health status and other factors. Generally speaking, for stage I cancer, due to the limited lesions, surgery can generally be completely removed, and chemotherapy is usually not required after surgery. However, due to different locations of cancer, different tissues of origin, and different pathological types, whether chemotherapy is needed or not needs to be combined with actual conditions. For example, some highly aggressive cancers, even if removed early, may be at risk of metastasis and recurrence, so chemotherapy may be needed to further eliminate potential tumor cells.
