Pinworm vaginitis mainly includes two aspects of basic causes and inducing factors.

1. Basic causes

Pinworm is parasitic in the large intestine of human body. Pinworm vaginitis is mostly caused by female pinworm crawling out from anus within 2 hours after host falls asleep at night. Under suitable temperature and humidity conditions, a large number of eggs will be laid in perineal folds and vulvar folds around anus. Female pinworm can enter various parts of reproductive tract through vaginal opening, resulting in pinworm vaginitis.

2. Inducing factors

include bad hygiene habits, such as not washing hands after defecation, or contacting articles and food contaminated by pinworm, which will induce pinworm vaginitis.
