Urine test normal can rule out kidney disease

Dedicated to your healing journey.
Urine test is one of the common methods of kidney disease screening. Normal urine test results can initially rule out some kidney diseases, but can not completely rule out. The following are detailed instructions:
1. Urine test usually includes urine routine, urine protein, urine microalbumin and other indicators. Normal urine routine indicates normal glomerular filtration function, but can not rule out some renal tubular diseases or other kidney diseases.
2. Urine protein is one of the indicators to evaluate glomerular filtration membrane damage. Normal urine protein results exclude a small part of glomerular filtration membrane damage, but can not rule out all glomerular diseases.
3. Urine microalbumin is one of the indicators to evaluate early kidney damage, but can not rule out all kidney diseases. In
short, normal urine test can not completely rule out kidney disease. If there is a history of kidney disease or suspected kidney disease symptoms, further renal function tests or renal imaging tests are recommended.
