What causes pain on both sides of the head

Healing hearts, healing lives.
The first cause is migraine. Migraine is a type of headache that can present as bilateral pulsatile headaches. This is a common clinical condition in patients with vascular headaches due to vascular constriction and vasodilation disorders. Migraine is a classic vascular headache. In addition to headache, patients may also present with nausea, vomiting, and even irritability. Migraine can also be triggered by sleep deprivation, vasodilators, and alcohol consumption, and should be noted clinically. The second cause should be noted if the patient has a fever, and if so, bilateral head pain. The third cause should be noted if there is a central nervous system infection, such as viral encephalitis, which can also cause this clinical symptom.
