MRI examination cervical vertebra, is there definitely no cervical spondylosis

If you do MRI specifically to check cervical spondylosis, the results show no abnormalities, basically there is no problem. But if you do not do cervical curvature, there may be missed diagnosis. If you are worried, you can do X-ray examination, basic diagnosis can be made.
