The difference between uterine cancer bleeding and menstruation is that uterine cancer bleeding occurs in women over the age of 50, while menstruation occurs in women before menopause. Uterine cancer bleeding has no rules to follow, menstrual bleeding has a certain regularity, normally once a month. Uterine cancer bleeding is less, duration is shorter; and menstrual bleeding lasts longer, normally no more than a week.
