Can general health check-ups detect cancer?

General health check-up items are relatively few, mainly including blood routine, B-ultrasound, chest X-ray, ECG, blood pressure, liver function, etc. Local tumors can usually be found, but cancer cannot be determined. Further biopsy and pathological examination are required to confirm the diagnosis.
