What is motor neuron disease called?

Motor neuron disease is a group of chronic progressive neurodegenerative diseases of unknown etiology. It is generally believed that it is caused by the exposure of genetically susceptible individuals to adverse environments with increasing age. Treatment is mostly drug therapy, with coenzyme intramuscular injection, vitamin E and vitamin B group oral.
