Difference between excimer laser surgery and all-femtosecond laser

Femtosecond laser is a more advanced treatment method for correcting vision than excimer laser. Femtosecond laser can directly produce corneal intraocular lens, thus changing corneal refraction to achieve the purpose of correcting vision. Excimer laser is to achieve the purpose of correcting vision by grinding cornea.
