High lymphocyte absolute value may be related to virus infection, common in measles, rubella, chickenpox, influenza, mumps and other diseases. It may also be related to some blood diseases, acute infectious diseases recovery period. After organ transplantation rejection reaction, lymphocyte absolute value will also be high.
