How does coxa arthritis and synovitis cause

Hip arthritis is considered to be caused by strenuous exercise, synovial degeneration, and may be caused by viral infection and wound inflammation, mostly occurring in children aged 3-10; synovitis may be caused by severe impact on joints and synovial rupture, perhaps induced by rheumatoid arthritis.
