Spider mole and liver palm are what to concern

Spider nevus and liver palms occur because of adrenal hormone secretion, due to excessive estrogen secretion by adrenal gland, leading to androgen can not maintain a relative balance; also need to consider liver disease, usually cirrhosis and chronic liver disease patients, may appear liver palms, and in pregnancy women are also prone to spider nevus, but liver function is normal.
